These Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute regarding the Site, the Materials, or these Terms.

Except with respect to any claim or dispute involving the ownership, validity or use of any the Hotel trademarks or service marks, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or Materials (including any claim that any provision of these Terms or Materials are invalid, illegal, or otherwise voidable or void and/or declaratory relief (other than declarations with respect to the amount of money damages) from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Any and all claims and actions arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or Materials shall be commenced within one (1) year from the occurrence of the facts giving rise to such claim or action, or such claim or action shall be barred. This limitation period does not apply to residents of New Jersey.

CLASS ACTION Waiver. You agree that you will not file a class action against the Hotel, or participate in a class action against the Hotel. You agree that you will not file or seek a class arbitration, or participate in a class arbitration, against the Hotel.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral and written agreements. No failure or delay on the part of the Hotel in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing the terms and conditions of these Terms will operate as a waiver thereof. If any part or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and not for use in interpretation of these Terms.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to check-in (02:00pm). First night room and tax will be charged to your card upon 72 hours prior to arrival.  No-shows will result in one (1) night room and tax being charged to your card.
